There are several ways to participate in CLF 2026, you can attend the Unconference (March 27–29, 2026) or Art of Perception Exhibit (March 27 – May 17, 2026) or both! You can also volunteer with us, present a paper, or sponsor the festival.

The exhibit is an immersive journey where art, psychology, and neuroscience meet. Through seven multisensory zones, visitors discover how their brain and body respond to colour, movement, sound, and story. It is designed to help you "step inside your own mind" and understand yourself better, while opening up honest, stigma-free conversations about mental health.

For the Unconference at the Goethe-Institut on Boat Club Road, it is a quick 10-minute drive (approx. 2 km) from Pune Junction railway station or the Pune Station Bus Stand, and about 20–30 minutes (8 km) from Pune International Airport.  The Art of Perception Exhibit at RRBCEA, Empress Garden, is similarly accessible, located roughly 10–15 minutes (3 km) from the railway station and bus stand, or 25–35 minutes (10 km) from the airport. Both venues are well-serviced by local taxis, rickshaws, and the Pune Metro Aqua Line (the Ruby Hall Clinic and Bund Garden stations are the nearest stops, each within a 10-minute drive of the locations).

Designed to dismantle the "elitism" of traditional academia, the Unconference (March 27–29, 2026) will offer students and researchers a rare opportunity to network directly with global leaders like Dr. Anjan Chatterjee and performers like Rukmini Vijayakumar. By replacing dry lectures with alternative formats like interactive demonstrations and performances, the event allows you to showcase your work in engaging ways while providing interdisciplinary exposure to how psychology, neuroscience, and the arts translate into real-world community impact.

The primary language for the Unconference and the exhibit signage is English. However, because the festival is rooted in the community of Pune, there is often a multilingual approach with volunteers and certain storytelling elements incorporating Hindi, Marathi, ISL to ensure maximum accessibility.

The overarching theme for CLF 2026 is "Neuroaesthetics” – bringing together brain science, mental health, and art!

The exhibit is open to the public free of cost from March 30th onwards. The registrations for the Unconference are now closed.
