Education Hub
About us
The ARISA Education Hub empowers people to harness the transformative power of the arts for better mental health and well-being, creative expression, critical thinking, and societal change.
What we do
We engage in diverse workshops, learning modules, lectures and more, aimed at enhancing well-being, mental health awareness, and neuroscience literacy, as well as focus on research methods, neuroaesthetics, and open science. Our programs encourage students to think about creative, interdisciplinary, and inclusive solutions for societal and global challenges.

School Modules
This interactive module helps schoolchildren from low-income backgrounds develop self-awareness through arts and neuroscience-based activities. Using creative storytelling, reflective exercises, and sensory experiences, students explore their emotions, strengths, and thought processes. The sessions encourage introspection, emotional regulation, and confidence-building, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and their interactions with the world. By integrating scientific insights with creative expression, this module equips children with essential life skills, helping them navigate challenges with resilience and self-belief.

Workshops and Training programs
Our workshops cover a wide array of topics, including film therapy, crochet, sensory play for kids, dance movement therapy, expressive art therapy, and the science of engaging with the arts. We also offer educational sessions such as "Know and Rewire Your Brain" and workshops and training programs on neuroaesthetics, statistics, and research methods. Each workshop is designed to be practical, engaging, and informative, aiming to foster personal growth and deepen understanding across various domains of arts and sciences. These workshops are suitable for all age groups and cater to diverse interests and educational needs.

Lectures
Lectures that ARISA team members deliver emcompass a broad spectrum of topics including neuroaesthetics, social and cognitive neuroscience, advanced statistical methods, open science, and various research methodologies. Additionally, we offer lectures aimed at exploring careers in art, psychology, and neuroscience. Each lecture is designed to provide in-depth knowledge and insights, tailored to engage audiences from students to professionals. These sessions serve as a valuable resource for anyone looking to expand their understanding of these fields or to explore new career paths in arts and sciences.
