The Creative Lab Festival is a festival that places importance not only on information but also on experiencing it. Through numerous workshops and activities, we invite people to experience our vision of the festival and explore how art, psychology, neuroscience, and wellbeing intersect to make our lives fuller.

These activities create a space for everyone to explore themselves, stay curious, and try things out hands-on while doing so as part of a community. They are facilitated by expert practitioners who share the vision of the Creative Lab Festival — to foster interdisciplinary dialogue, create safe spaces for creativity and curiosity, and build a sense of community.
